Celebrating Australian Made Week 2026
From 18–24 May 2026, Australian Made Week shines a spotlight on the makers, manufacturers, and businesses proudly creating products here in Australia. It’s a celebration of local craftsmanship, trusted quality, and the people who continue to build Australian industry for future generations.
At Adina Watches, Australian Made Week reflects values that have guided our company since 1971. From our Brisbane workshop, we continue to design and assemble watches built for Australian conditions — combining durability, precision, and timeless style with a commitment to local manufacturing.
Choosing Australian-made products is about more than supporting local business. It’s about investing in quality, skilled craftsmanship, sovereign capability, and products designed with an understanding of Australian lifestyles and environments. Whether it’s a rugged dive watch, an everyday classic, or a professional sports timepiece, every Adina watch carries a connection to that heritage.
As one of Australia’s longest-standing watch manufacturers, we’re proud to continue contributing to a tradition of Australian ingenuity and independent manufacturing. In an increasingly globalised world, Australian Made Week is an opportunity to recognise the value of products made with care, accountability, and local expertise.
This week, we celebrate not only Australian manufacturing but also the customers who choose to support it. Your support helps sustain local jobs, specialist skills, and the future of Australian-made craftsmanship.
From all of us at Adina Watches, thank you for supporting Australian-made
A Timeless Triumph at the 2023 Lord Mayor’s Business Awards!
In a stunning display of Australian ingenuity and dedication, Adina Watches, a small business with a legacy spanning 52 years, achieved an extraordinary feat at the 2023 Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Business Awards. The prestigious event, hosted at the magnificent Brisbane City Hall, saw Adina Watches being crowned both the Business Chamber Queensland’s “Small Business of the Year”, and the Optus Platinum Award for “Business of the Year.” The evening was nothing short of a historic double win for the 81-year-old founder, Bob Menzies, and his son, Grant, the General Manager of Adina Watches.
